Airport and railway station transfers
Transfers to and from Jolly Grant Airport and Haridwar Railway Station are planned for guests, on request. Whether one can be arranged for your date, and any charge, are confirmed separately: nothing is included automatically.
Routes
- Jolly Grant Airport, Dehradun
- About 35–40 km; usually 45–75 minutes by road, depending on traffic, weather and festival crowds.
- Haridwar Railway Station
- In Haridwar city; a short drive.
What to tell us
- pick-up or drop, and the date and time (or that your dates are not decided yet);
- your flight or train number, if you have it;
- the number of passengers and large bags;
- anything that affects the vehicle: elderly travellers, small children, wheelchairs or wedding items.
How a transfer is confirmed
We reply to say whether a transfer can be arranged, with the vehicle, timing and any charge. It is arranged only once we have confirmed it with you in writing, by email, SMS or WhatsApp. On the day, please send any delay to your flight or train as soon as you can.

Arriving in your own car
Parking is free, with space for 20 cars on site. A Type 2 EV charger is free for guests, subject to availability. See parking and EV charging.
Questions
Is a transfer included with a room?
No. Transfers are requested separately, and any charge is confirmed before your stay.
Can you meet a late flight or train?
Tell us the time when you enquire, and we will say whether it can be arranged.
Is a transfer confirmed by sending the form?
No. It is confirmed only when our team replies to confirm it with you.
