Request, not instant confirmation
The website form sends an enquiry. A reservation is confirmed only after Grand Aryash verifies availability, tariff, taxes, inclusions, payment terms and cancellation conditions.
Information needed
Guests should provide travel dates, room category, number of guests, phone number, email address, transfer needs and any special requests such as accessibility, child stay, extra bedding or meal requirements.
Tariffs and taxes
Room and event prices may change by date, season, demand, occupancy and package. Taxes, extra guest charges, meal inclusions and transfer terms are shared before confirmation.
Payment and confirmation
If payment is required, the hotel will share payment instructions. A booking should be treated as confirmed only after the hotel sends written confirmation by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
Check-in / checkout
Check-in is from 11:00 AM and check-out is by 10:00 AM, unless otherwise confirmed in writing by the hotel.
