Lead day-to-day hotel operations across reception, housekeeping, dining and events, and keep guest service consistent and courteous.

Responsibilities

IT Support Executive
Keep the hotel’s computers, network, Wi-Fi, CCTV and reception systems running reliably for guests and staff.

- Assist during events and busy arrival periods with crowd and vehicle flow.

- Minimum Class 8 pass; security training or an ex-services background is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to remain on duty for the full shift.

- Check that lights, gates, doors and equipment are secured as instructed.
Basic qualifications
- Minimum Class 8 pass; security training or an ex-services background is an advantage.
- Comfortable working full night shifts on a regular basis.
