Guest Identification

All adult guests must provide valid government-issued photo identification at check-in. The hotel may refuse check-in if required identification is not provided.

Conduct

Guests are expected to respect hotel staff, other guests, property, religious sensitivities and local laws. Noise, unsafe behaviour or misuse of rooms may result in action by hotel management.

Rooms and Property

Guests are responsible for damage, missing items or misuse of hotel property. Smoking, outside food, visitors and event access are subject to hotel rules. Pets are not allowed. Standard room occupancy is two guests; extra bed requests are subject to approval and additional charges.

Banquet Rules

Event guests must follow agreed timing, capacity, sound, decor, vendor and catering conditions. The banquet hall capacity is approximately 100 to 150 people depending on setup. Driver dormitory support, EV charging and tour package assistance should be requested in advance.
